You can not simply upload a ready-made picture and call it a day. You MUST only use the tools and graphics provided in WizCard to create your work.
The Hottest Dazzling Photo Contest
Create the most dazzling photo using our PhotoGenie. You must use your own photo (not some celebrities pix), plus tools and graphics provided in PhotoGenie to join the contest.
